1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the services of Radiant Meadow Collective (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

3. Purchases and refunds

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Taxes may apply. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of content is completed. Cohort refunds are measured from the cohort start date.

4. Intellectual property

All content, including frameworks, videos, PDFs, and templates, is owned by Radiant Meadow Collective or its licensors and protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable license for your use. Do not redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity.
• No attempts to bypass access controls or copy protected materials.
• Respect our community guidelines in discussions and peer reviews.

6. Disclaimers

We provide educational content “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business, medical, or financial outcomes. You are responsible for how you apply the material.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the services at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflicts of law rules.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. We will post the effective date at the top.
